Joel Martin is a songwriter from Toledo, Washington – hence the moniker “Joel Martin from Toledo.” Joel’s songs are a fascinating and often unexpected combination of deep lyrics and intricate melodies, which inspire and keep listeners on their toes. His music could be classified as a mixture of indie rock and folk. Joel has a talent for weaving seemingly disparate themes (such as mortality, baseball, nature, spirituality, and more) into songs which are pleasant and adventurous.  He currently resides on the central coast of Washington State and enjoys sharing his curious musical creations.
