Solution Honey is four-piece rock band originally from Eugene, now centered in Portland. Forming in the aftermath of Covid, Solution Honey channels anger, sadness and fun in a way reminiscent of many of the hardcore-adjacent emo and grunge bands from the 2010s.
Hey Sport’s debut single “Took a Spill” is a breakneck journey through the comedy of self-doubt. The indie rock quartet from Seattle writes what they know: love, illness, dead dads, and the maddening spin of the 24-hour news cycle. Sonically, they turn growing up too fast into a brooding grunge homage—guitar-heavy and dry-witted. Their debut 4 song EP, ‘Built to Break’, drops October 1st 2026.
